1. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we can ship anywhere on Earth. Some countries find it difficult to ensure a successful delivery. If you have a question please reach out to us and let us know. Our rock-star support staff will help you out! Please contact us at service@traneing.com for help.

2. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Dear customer, because the products are manually measured, there will be an error of about 1-3 cm and different styles will cause different sizes, please refer to the product size chart to choose the most suitable size when you choose the product. (size reference:5’5”, 154.3 lbs:t-shirt-XL, muscle vest-M, hoodie-XL, tank tops-XL, crop tops-L). If you have any questions, you can contact us by email:service@traneing.com. Normal fit shirts we sell fit true to size.

3. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO STAY INFORMED ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS, SPECIALS, AND EVENTS?

Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page by supplying your e-mail address. It takes 5 seconds and gets you 10% off of your first purchase. We will send out email offers from time to time!!

4. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

It depends on your shipping method. We offer Sea transportation, land transportation, and air transportation. Arrival times vary greatly by location and the whims of the government. Please also note that shirts, hoodies, and tank tops all take 1-3 business days to fulfill before shipment which then adds additional time for transit. Bottom line, if you have questions or concerns, let us know and we will work with you.

5. Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?
No need for alarm, this means your order is progressing through our normal fulfillment process. If you ordered any items on backorder, your order could remain in this status for 1-3 days during which time we are producing and packaging your items for shipping.

6. WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

During the order process, at the time the payment has been completed, you will receive an email with the order number letting you know we’ve received your order and it’s on its way through the fulfillment journey. At the time of shipment when our team prints the shipping label you will receive an email with the tracking information. This email will confirm your order is on its way out our doors to arrive at yoursIf you don't receive the email, Please check your Spam folder.

7. HOW CAN I PAY traneing?

We do our best to be as flexible with payment options as possible. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you don't have a credit card, please contact service@traneing.com and we'll do everything we can to work something out.

8. YOU SHIPPED ME THE WRONG THING! MY THING WAS BROKEN WHEN I RECEIVED IT! WHAT DO I DO?

Sorry about that. If we ship the wrong size or product, the carrier manhandled your stoneware mug package and it broke, or you received an order that wasn’t yours, then please email our rockstar Customer Service staff at service@traneing.com and we’ll make it right! Our Customer Service Team will send you a prepaid label to return it and we’ll dispatch a new order your way!

9. Color difference description

Due to the differences in the display of various equipment screen materials, there will be a certain color difference, and we will try to reduce the errors as much as possible, but this problem does not belong to the product quality problem.
