Production process: Orders typically take 1-3 business days, plus additional time for shipping, normally 10-14 business days. Some orders may take longer based on several factors, including the amount of production time to customize your product, the size of the order, and the destination address.

We will process your request within 24-48 business hours after you've gotten your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.

The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.
If you are returning a package valued at over $70, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your benefit, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

Packaging Requirements

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Please use a secure shipping box or poly mailer to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase are eligible to request a return and refund by contacting our Customer Service team. To process the return, the item must be sent back intact to our designated address, and the return tracking number must be provided to us. Upon receipt and verification of the product's condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
